Descriptive and survey research design were adopted and sample was 200 staff drawn from the population of the staff in the Nigeria breweries Plc. The core of accounting profession in every organization is ethics. During the last decades, the ethical behaviour of firms and the potential effects of malfeasance on society have drawn the interest of several researchers across the globe.
